Explain what informs a recommendation

A recommendation should make its context understandable. Reviewers need to distinguish observations from assumptions and identify the evidence that would change the decision. Uncertainty should remain visible throughout the discussion.

Make room for challenge

Teams should be able to question a recommendation, compare alternatives and document a different course of action. A technical model informs the decision; accountable people bring organizational context, constraints and judgment.

Revisit the outcome

Security decisions are made in changing systems. New dependencies, permissions or business uses can alter the assumptions behind an earlier review. A useful record connects the original reasoning to the conditions under which it should be reconsidered.

This perspective also informs Modelo Verity’s direction: context before consequence, with human review central to accountable governance.
